From a machining workshop to an integrated spray equipment factory
Hanpu Spray Technology started in 2008 as a machining workshop producing spray gun bodies and fittings for domestic coating equipment brands. Machining remains the foundation of the business: manifolds, gun bodies, heater housings and hose fittings are still produced in-house rather than purchased from third parties.
Over the following years the company added a heated hose assembly line, a spray gun assembly and test bench, and a two-component foam machine integration cell. Today the 12,000 m² facility in Beilun runs machining, hose winding, assembly, pressure testing and export packing on one site, which keeps dimensional standards and spare parts consistent across product lines.
Export business covers Europe, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Orders range from single foam machines for insulation contractors to repeat batches of machined components for equipment OEMs, and a significant share of output is produced from customer drawings under private label.

How the factory developed
Seventeen years of investment in machining capacity, certification and export experience.
- 2008
Factory established in Ningbo
Started as a machining workshop producing spray gun bodies and fittings for domestic coating equipment brands.
- 2012
ISO 9001 and first export orders
Quality management system certified; first heated hose and airless gun containers shipped to Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.
- 2016
CNC workshop expansion
Added turning centers and three-axis milling cells, bringing manifolds and heater housings fully in-house.
- 2020
CE-marked foam machine line
Two-component spray foam machines completed CE assessment and entered the European insulation market.
- 2024
12,000 m² integrated facility
Machining, hose assembly, gun assembly and testing consolidated on one site, serving buyers in more than 40 countries.
What we control in house
Machining, hose assembly, gun assembly and machine integration are run by the same team, so a change in one process is reflected in the others.
±0.01
mm holding tolerance on milled parts
In-house CNC machining
Manifolds, gun bodies, fittings and heater housings are machined in our own workshop, so critical dimensions are not outsourced.
25,000
metres of heated hose per month
Heated hose assembly line
PTFE-lined hoses are cut, heated-element wound, pressure tested and fitted with connectors on a dedicated line.
Every
gun leak-tested at working pressure before packing
Spray gun assembly and test
Every gun is leak-tested at working pressure and spray-pattern checked before it leaves the assembly bench.
3,000
spray guns and machines shipped yearly
Foam machine integration
Two-component foam rigs are assembled, heated, calibrated and run-tested with customer hose lengths.
Documented inspection at four stages
Our quality policy is simple: no batch leaves the factory without a recorded inspection at material entry, in-process machining, assembly pressure test and pre-shipment verification.
ISO 9001:2015
Accredited third-party certification body
Quality management system covering design, machining, assembly and export of spray equipment
CE Marking
Notified body assessment
Spray foam machines and heated hose assemblies supplied to the European Economic Area
RoHS
Material testing laboratory
Restricted substance control on electrical components, heaters and cable assemblies
REACH
Material testing laboratory
Polymer liners, hose covers and coating-contact parts declared against the SVHC candidate list
- 01
Incoming material control
Steel, aluminium and polymer batches are verified against mill certificates; heaters and cables are sampled for resistance and insulation.
- 02
In-process machining check
First-article inspection with CMM report, then patrol checks on bore diameter, thread gauges and surface roughness every 20 parts.
- 03
Assembly pressure test
Hoses are tested at 1.5 times working pressure, guns and machines at rated pressure with a documented hold time.
- 04
Pre-shipment inspection
Function run, cosmetic check, packing verification and photo report sent to the buyer before the container is sealed.
What buyers receive
- First-article inspection report with CMM data for machined parts
- Pressure test record for hoses, guns and foam machines
- Material certificates for steel, aluminium and polymer components
- Pre-shipment photo report before the container is sealed
Visit the factory or request a sample
Factory visits are welcome with three days notice. If you prefer to evaluate first, we can arrange samples of spray guns, fittings or a short heated hose assembly.
