Manufacturing capability

Critical parts are machined in our own workshop

Outsourcing the fluid body or the manifold means outsourcing the tolerance. We keep machining, hose winding, assembly and testing under one roof in Ningbo.

±0.01

mm holding tolerance on milled parts

In-house CNC machining

Manifolds, gun bodies, fittings and heater housings are machined in our own workshop, so critical dimensions are not outsourced.

25,000

metres of heated hose per month

Heated hose assembly line

PTFE-lined hoses are cut, heated-element wound, pressure tested and fitted with connectors on a dedicated line.

Every

Spray gun assembly and test

Every gun is leak-tested at working pressure and spray-pattern checked before it leaves the assembly bench.

Foam machine integration

Two-component foam rigs are assembled, heated, calibrated and run-tested with customer hose lengths.

What changes for buyers after switching to us

Customer names are withheld under confidentiality. Results below are taken from order records and buyer feedback after delivery.

Spray foam insulation applied to a building wall

Building insulation · Spray foam contractor, Poland

Stable hose temperature for winter roof insulation

A foam insulation contractor working on roof and façade projects in Central Europe lost material temperature over long hose runs during winter. Viscosity rose near the gun, output dropped and partially cured material blocked the hose, forcing crews to cut and replace sections mid-project.

60 m
Heated run without a temperature drop

The hose holds temperature all the way to the gun, and the fittings matched our machine without adapters.

Automotive coating · Coating line integrator, Mexico

Airless guns standardised across three coating lines

An integrator building underbody and primer lines for automotive suppliers was using mixed gun brands. Operators changed tips between stations, clogging was frequent and spare parts inventory had grown to cover four different gun designs.

Industrial equipment OEM · Equipment OEM, Australia

Machined manifolds moved from local shop to drawing-based production

An Australian equipment maker needed hydraulic manifolds for a foam spraying unit. Their local machine shop quoted long lead times and could not hold the bore position tolerance required for the cartridge valves, which delayed assembly of finished machines.

First-article data arrived before the batch, so our assembly line was never waiting on inspection.

Quality and certifications

Inspection records travel with every shipment

Certification is the entry requirement. What buyers actually receive is documented inspection at four stages, from incoming material to the sealed container.

Quality control process

Four documented checkpoints, each producing a record that can be shared with the buyer before shipment.

  1. 01

    Incoming material control

Steel, aluminium and polymer batches are verified against mill certificates; heaters and cables are sampled for resistance and insulation.

  2. 02

    In-process machining check

First-article inspection with CMM report, then patrol checks on bore diameter, thread gauges and surface roughness every 20 parts.

  3. 03

    Assembly pressure test

Hoses are tested at 1.5 times working pressure, guns and machines at rated pressure with a documented hold time.

  4. 04

    Pre-shipment inspection

Function run, cosmetic check, packing verification and photo report sent to the buyer before the container is sealed.
