PTFE-lined heated hose with an evenly wound heating element, holding material temperature along the full length for foam and polyurea spraying.
The HX-Series heated hose keeps two-component materials at a stable viscosity between the machine and the gun. A resistance heating element is wound at a constant pitch around a seamless PTFE liner, then insulated and covered with an abrasion-resistant braid, so heat is delivered evenly along the whole length instead of concentrating near the machine outlet.
Every hose assembly is cut, wound, fitted and pressure tested in our own workshop. Fittings are machined in-house on CNC turning centers, which means non-standard thread combinations and special lengths can be produced from a drawing without a separate supplier. Each assembly ships with a test record showing pressure, hold time and heater resistance, and hose constructions can be adapted for polyurethane foam, polyurea, hot melt adhesive or high-solids coating.
